Aerial Runway Pioneering Camp

The Scouts have an exciting weekend pioneering camp making and using an aerial runway.

Two A-Frames were made and positioned at the top and bottom of a gulley in our District Campsite.  A rope with a bosun's chair was then lead over the top of the A-Frames and anchored to trees.

After tensioning the rope, the fun began ! 

At the end of the camp, seven Scouts were awarded the Pioneer activity badge.
